a beautifully variegated glass gives these shell shaped earrings a unique pattern. the blues, greens and yellows remind me of a mermaid's tail.

the molten glass is pressed into a uniquely hand-carved graphite mold to create the form of the mussel.

the flameworked glass is heated & formed directly on the stainless steel ear post & finally annealed in a kiln.
