kiln-formed glass coasters with flameworked design elements give these coasters a painterly quality.
custom coloured glass rods are mixed and pulled at the torch to create the floral component parts. once cooled, they are assembled in the kiln, slumped into shape and fully annealed for durability.
made with 2 layers of glass they are 6mm thick. the underside is finished with 4 cork pads.
approximately 9.5cm (4”) in diameter.
the handmade quality means that each coaster is unique, featuring sunflowers in similar colour ways.
